At just 6 years old, Nova moves with a calm awareness that’s rare for her age. 🌸

In this conscious improvisation she surprised us exploring her natural movement — demonstrating balance between free flow and structure that’s difficult to teach. Nova has it naturally, a true talent. As she moves through her natural body patterns she’s opening every joint, flowing through her spine, and finding soft control as she moves in and out of the floor. Through exercises like this, our students learn to connect deeply with their bodies innate ability to move freely, regulate their nervous system, and build true mobility and coordination — all while feeling free to explore and create.
